Connecticut Junior Soccer Association Olympic Development Program

CJSA is currently seeking coaches for their Young Player Developmental Program and the Olympic Development Program.  This is a part-time position working primarily weekends for ODP and some evenings for YPDP.   Duties include providing administrative support to the CJSA ODP Director and DOC; program scheduling to include selection of players; practices; special events; ODP Tournament; ODP Camp; as well as other tasks as directed by the ODP Director.

Coaches are selected on qualifications, coaching experience and previous involvement with the Connecticut ODP Program. Currently all of the ODP staff are working as club coaches; High School coaches or College coaches.  All applications will be screened by the Director of Coaching and the Director of ODP and then must be presented to the CJSA Board of Directors for approval.
